Project Description
Lucknow Terminal 3 is a major aviation infrastructure expansion at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, developed to enhance passenger capacity, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall travel experience for domestic and international travelers. The terminal was designed to support growing air traffic while meeting modern aviation, safety, and sustainability standards.
The project includes expansive passenger concourses, modern check-in and baggage handling systems, advanced security infrastructure, retail and lounge spaces, and integrated MEP systems. Terminal 3 reflects a contemporary architectural approach combined with robust engineering to ensure smooth passenger flow, safety compliance, and long-term operational reliability.
NKC Builders was appointed as a subcontractor for the Lucknow Terminal 3 project, supporting key construction packages under the principal contractor. Our involvement focused on delivering high-quality works within a complex, time-sensitive aviation environment.
